The content you create on Funden (messages, reviews, lists, images…) remains yours. By posting it you give us a free, non-exclusive permission to store it and show it on the platform according to the visibility you have chosen, including on pages that display advertising. That permission ends when you delete it. If you delete your account, your public threads, replies and comments are kept anonymously so other people's conversations are not broken; if you would rather they disappeared, delete them first.
Only post content you have the right to share. If you see something of yours posted without permission, let us know at [email protected] and we will review it.
We may remove content that breaches these terms and, depending on how serious it is or whether it is repeated, suspend or delete the account responsible. Whenever reasonable, we will try to warn you first. If you think a decision is a mistake, write to [email protected] and we will review it.
Funden is free and, to cover its costs, may show third-party ads, mainly through Google AdSense. Ads are selected and served by Google, not by Funden: we do not endorse and are not responsible for the products or services advertised or the websites they lead to. The League of Legends section uses the official Riot Games API. By using it you also accept the Riot Games Terms of Service. The data comes from Riot and may have delays or errors beyond our control.
Film and series details come from TMDB, anime and manga details from AniList, book details from Open Library and Escape from Tarkov data from tarkov.dev. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
Funden is not affiliated with any of the companies behind the games, films or books that appear on it. All names, logos and images belong to their respective owners and are shown only to identify their content.
Funden is provided as is, with no guarantee that it will always work or be free of errors. We make backups, but we recommend not using Funden as the only place where you keep information that matters to you. We may change, pause or remove features, and if we ever close the platform we will give enough notice for you to download your data.
Each user is responsible for what they post. To the extent permitted by law, Funden is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, for content posted by other users or for third-party ads. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have by law as a consumer.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in the courts of where you live.
We may update these terms as the site changes. If the change is significant, we will announce it on the platform before it takes effect. Continuing to use Funden afterwards means you accept the new version.
